A lenovo t400 runs libreboot version 1c84243. How do you update the notebook to canoeboot version 25.06? Thank you.

Should be the same way you upgrade to a new libreboot version, but if you want to be sure, I guess ask Leah.

I am a translator!
On my T400 that had osboot, to install gnuboot, I just followed the instructions for internal flashing, which were inspired from libreboot. I am guessing that the only thing that matters for internal flashing is that your flash is unlocked, then which rom it has exactly (libreboot, canoeboot, gnuboot or another variant) should not matter. But check on canoeboot website.
