How would I go about installing a newer version of Libreoffice?

Current installed version is 4.2.8.2

I would like to get version 5.1.5

According to uname, I'm using:

3.13.0-68-lowlatency #111+7.0trisquel2 SMP PREEMPT Tue Nov 10 04:15:48 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

TIA!

You could always go here: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/?type=deb-x86_64&version=5.2.0&lang=en-US

and just install it from the .deb file...

That's what I do when I want to install a newer version sometimes.

You can also add the ppa
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

And you will get the latest version of libreoffice (and its addons, like themes and language packs)

Much thanks grimlok and Megver83 for your suggestions.

I have added the LibreOffice ppa, current installed version of LibreOffice is now 5.2.0.4.

For now this seems to work :-)
