Intel GMA HD: best kernel version?

I was reading around and it seems that although the .32 kernel included with Trisquel would be able to run a GMA HD (Core i3 chipset). However, the majority of discussion I've read suggest that you should use at least the .35 version of the kernel (which is fine since Linux-libre is already up to .36). What would be the best way to upgrade the Trisquel Linux kernel to this version?

You can install linux-image-2.6.35-22-generic through Synaptic, after that you must reboot your computer. You can check kernel version your running by enter

uname -r

into terminal.
