I just installed Trisquel and everything work except the wireless. when it boots up if say its missing Free Firmware. I have looked in the repos and even tried to find it online. but no luck . Can somebody point me to a howto or resource so I can get it working. I would prefer not to install non- open drivers. Any help would be great. Just a side not Trisquel is stunning to look at, very nice.

I'm sorry but I believe you're out of luck with that card.

You can check compatibility on http://www.h-node.com/wifi/catalogue/en

Or a compatible card (from ThinkPenguin, or eBay...).

You would probably need a USB wifi card. Lenovo cripples its laptops so you can't easily replace the Intel wifi card with a compatible Atheros card.

RTL8187B, RLT8187L, and AR9170 are the USB chipsets that are supported by Trisquel. We contribute 25% of the profits to the Trisquel project if you purchase a card. Just make sure you use the above link.
