Does anyone know what license the dark texture is under on the right side of the screenshot? I want to use it as a background texture for my website.

You can see it in Abrowser by right-clicking on some text, then select the menu option "Inspect Element (Q)", then clicking on the "Responsive Design Mode" button, which looks like a box with a dotted-line box and an arrow inside it, to the right of the screen.

I believe all Abrowser (Firefox) assets are under the Mozilla tri-license: MPL, GPL or LGPL.

However if it's only the dark noise you want, it's too simple to be protected by copyright, so it's public domain material. Feel free to use it. Having said that, I Am Not A Lawyer.

Don't you mean restricted by copyright? :)
Do you know where I'd find the actual texture file?

That's accurate as well although I usually use that phrase rather when talking about a proprietary piece of software. :)

I don't know where to find it. You could try to generate a similar texture yourself. In Gimp make a dark gray single color background and then apply a suitable filters -> noise -> HSV noise.

I would say that it's autogenerated, but you should better ask Google/DDG.
