In my Opinion, Probably the Best Way to Modify Trisquel

#!/bin/bash

sudo apt update
[password]
sudo apt upgrade
y
sudo apt install [desktop] [applications] [libraries]
y
sudo apt remove [desktop] [applications] [libraries]
y

And then just modify the theme, icons and wallpaper. Probably best if you use a server install.
