Hello.

I can't boot the netinstall iso on my librebooted T60.

Is there any way to do a netinstall with the normal iso ? The Trisquel and TrisquelMini iso don't have a menu entry for netinstall or text-mode on 32 bits version.

Is there any command to launch the net install from the command line ?

Thanks for reading this.

If your T60's CPU is a 32-bit one (e.g. T1x00 or T2x00), you can replace it with a 64-bit one (T5600 or T7200 is recommended).

Then try the 64-bit image. (Sorry, I didn't read the post carefully enough.)

I had difficulties booting the netinstall iso on my librebooted X200. This is how it worked for me:

1. Put the netinstall iso on a USB drive instead of burning a CD
2. In the built-in grub choose the option that says "external" instead of "USB"

When choosing the option that says "USB" I just kept coming back to the main built-in grub menu, but when choosing the option that says "external" I got the normal netinstall options:

Install
Command-line install
etc.

Personally I recommend going with "install" instead of "command-line install". Because during the "command-line install" there was no select screen for the desktop environment. Otherwise both those options seem to work out identically, there was no GUI loaded or anything like that.

I encountered some issues when installing from the netinstall iso. It may be necessary to install multiple times until the system will actually boot (or maybe not). Grub has to be installed into the MBR, don't skip that. Basically, installation process works exactly the same as it always does.
