NetInstall Trisquel 11: keyboard not working during installation (Dell Optiplex)
NetInstall Trisquel 11: usb keyboard not working during installation
NetInstall Trisquel 10: works perfectly
Is there a way to make it work?
This is a known issue, more info there:

Thanks prospero.
Regarding this link:
https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/recovering-d-i-logs
I have tried to pass the syslog of the computer with the keyboard problem via tftp but I can't go to another tty. Ctrl+Alt+F2/3/4.. doesn't work.
I can only move the menu from the first page to the one where "install" ..."help" appears.
Since the bug is with trisquel, it's intended to boot a debian netinstall, pull the log and share it so maybe we can find a pattern on what's the root cause.
Update: Also please share more details on your hardware on the issue prospero linked. thanks.
I don't have a gitlab user so I put here the hardware list:
No tengo un usuario gitlab así que pongo aquí el listado del hardaware:

Debian installer works perfectly:
debian-11.7.0-amd64-netinst.iso
> Debian installer works perfectly
This don't add any new information.
Please follow the wiki and get a copy of the log, maybe there we can find more details.

I can't copy the log because I can't go from one tty to another as I wrote in the previous post, the keyboard doesn't work.
>This don't add any new information.
a new one is that the problem is only with the trisquel installer which is debian based
The log from the debian netinst iso, not the trisquel one.
OK

Thanks, this is a start.
Now let's try to find something that looks suspicious.
Maybe that:
Jun 13 19:41:30 main-menu[314]: (process:1309): setupcon: gzip is not accessible. Will not save cached keyboard map.
Gracias Luis!
Could you help me test 2 nabia d-i images,

AFAIK, nabia works ok, but now there are reports with different outputs.
Regards.
the keyboard works
the keyboard does not work
In any case, for those who have hardware similar to mine, they can use "netinstall Trisquel 10" with an empty taskel, modify "/etc/apt/sources.list", install trisquel-base and continue with a normal installation. It works well.
sudo sed -i s/trisquel.info/trisquel.org/ /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo sed -i s/nabia/aramo/ /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade --without-new-pkgs
sudo apt full-upgrade
sudo sed -i s/http/https/ /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt --no-install-recommends install trisquel-base
