New Keyboard
I'm thinking about buying a keyboard. I've always wanted to get a Model M but I've also heard that the build quality has gone down in later years. Does anyone know anything?

I have researched and watched lots of videos about the Model M keyboard and Unicomp Model M version in last summer, but I have gave up buying them here is my reasons

- Unicomp Model M -

1 / The quality is not the same as IBM's original model M for example the plastic, keycaps and PCB, however, the sound difference is due to age.
2 / I don't like the blue caps on and lock button at the top.
3 / Unicomp as a company based in USA Kentucky, and I live in eastern Europe It will be very hard to send to guarantee if something happens to the keyboard, and I may not be able to fix it by myself.

- IBM Model M-

1 / IBM model M was made decade ago, so it is hard to find a good condition model M without breaking the bank.
2 PS/2 is not a common interface anymore so a dongle must be used;in addition, there will be an increase in lag, but it is acceptable if you don`t play games
3 / Many Model M that I saw need renovation, like painting the case, fixing the light on the caps lock, and on maybe bolt mode.
4 / IBM model M layout is a bit different than the 104 keyboard layout. It lacks super keys frequently called super-keys.

The down side that both apply to the Model M and Unicomp
$ I want to add these keyboard sound like a engine if you have a fast wpm like me,90 wpm.
$ I really love and admire the buckling spring;however, it is not a good idea to buy keyboard that fullfuill my all free desk space and unlike the noramal keyboard I cannot move the keyboard as easly as logitech MK
keyboards.
