Newsletter
I want to start a bi-weeky newsletter for Trisquel to keep people up to date on development, project news, and other things in the fsf world. Would anyone be interested in helping or contributing?
I kind of wanted to do this in Scribus. This would be a good way to play around with the powerful desktop publishing program and show the world what can be done with free software!
Open to suggestions, and hoping for some insights/help/interest from the rest of the community.
I can host it on my site initially, if Trisquel wanted to put it on here, that would be nice too.
I'm interested and I'll help.
I do some things, see a magazine that I made with Scribus[1].

Hi, I was just thinking of proposing to make a Trisquel Magazine and I found
this topic. I also work with Scribus, and would be fine reach an agreement
and do something where post news, tutorials and other things about Trisquel
and Free Software, with monthly releases (at least).

icarolongo: That magazine is pretty impressive. With or without Scribus I'm impressed. In fact I think it is probably the best one I've ever seen that I knew was done in Scribus.
icorolongo, that is absolutely stunning! And am I amazed at how great it works in gnash. Would love to know how you made that.
Thanks for offering to help! I will start a group somewhere so we can discuss and manage the project. Look forward to it.

I'll still do with Javascript and CSS.
But the page flip was done here: http://www.pageflip-flap.com/
I'm interested in helping if we use Scribus - I have experience with it, but also experience with the proprietary-competitor-which-shall-not-be-named.
