Does anyone know of a browser addon, pidgin plugin, or stand-alone app for accessing pump.io instances, like identi.ca?

Thanks, D. H.

Doesn't Gwibber work with it?

The following plug-ins for gwibber may do the job. I got their names from the official repository.

* gwibber-service-identica
* gwibber-service-statusnet

Thanks for suggestion! I don't think statusnet is same as pump.io. Also, I cannot use gwibber; it doesn't work with Orca screen reader, a requirement of mine.

Tor Button. Now it comes only embedded into Tor Browser Bundle. This way your freedom is even better protected with the price of less bling.

"Social Monkeys" is a client for iOS (requires iOS 7 or later) that I have written up. You could check it out at http://roguemonkey.in which has a download link to the appstore along with a video preview of the app. This is a paid app - so, I apologize for the spammy nature of this post - but, figured it might be ok, since the discussion was about pump.io clients :)

Hello, and welcome.

As a general rule, we're not ok with discussing, suggesting, and promoting proprietary software in the Trisquel community. Trisquel GNU/Linux is a free-as-in-freedom GNU/Linux (sometimes referred to as "Linux" but see https://www.gnu.org/gnu/linux-and-gnu.html).

However, we have no problem with "paid software" as long as the software is under a free (as in freedom) license (see http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/selling.html), which yours probably is not.

Fair Enough. I wasn't sure of the rules when I posted and apologize for it. I don't see a way to edit/delete the post anymore. If any admin sees this, would you please delete my post? Thanks
