I'm searching for a good pdf viewer that can't handle javascript embedded in pdf files.
The reason for this is to avoid exploits with javascript like Heap Spray.
I know that evince doesn't have javascript enabled but gnome developers want to add this feature in future.
Okular have partial javascript support.
I have no idea about other free pdf viewers.
Anybody knows a good pdf viewer that has no javascript enabled?

"atril" is the default PDF viewer in Trisquel 8.0 LTS, Ubunut-Mate and Xubuntu changed it default PDF viewer to Atril on 18.4 release.
Another option will be "xpdf"

AFAIK it should be possible to install MuPDF without installing the MuJS library, as the website states that it "is designed to be useful as an independent component" (https://mujs.com/).
