Problem with USB WIFI Fenvi AX1800
Hello everyone! I need help: I recently bought a Fenvi AX1800 USB WiFi adapter on the advice of "https://github.com/morrownr/USB-WiFi/blob/main/home/USB_WiFi_Adapters_that_are_supported_with_Linux_in-kernel_drivers.md". I updated the kernel and downloaded the patch, but dmesg gives an error. Is it possible to do something because I do not want to spend money on another adapter. If nothing works, I am thinking about switching to another system. If you need any additional information, I will provide it. Thank you for your attention!

Hello, and welcome here.
If some of your hardware does not work with Trisquel, you can install the latest linux-libre following instructions at http://www.fsfla.org/ikiwiki/selibre/linux-libre/freesh.en.html. As explained on that page, the linux kernel includes non-free software, which is why the linux libre project exists, to make a kernel without non-free software.
On the page that you have quoted, a number of devices do not work with free software only, so they won't work with Trisquel default kernel and with linux-libre. Devices using Atheros ar9271, which is listed on that page, are known to work with Trisquel and linux-libre.
A better place to search for hardware compatibility might be h-node.org.

thank you for your help. Especially Ark74, it really helped because I used to know if it was possible to make the adapter work at all. So if someone encounters a similar problem, they will immediately know that it is not worth even trying
