I remember reading somewhere which his official presences were but can't find it atm. Was identi.ca one of them?

According to his site (stallman.org) he has a twitter account. It doesn't mention anything about identi.ca.

From stallman.org:

"I do have a twitter account called rmspostcomments. I use it to log in
on some web sites to post comments on articles, but I do not post on
twitter. Any other twitter account that claims to be mine is an impostor. "

I asume he does not endorse it. Twitter is SaaS which is what he fight
against.

I know there is an account rms at identi.ca but I don't know if it is his.

Twitter is not SaaS. It is a communication/publication platform. See https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/who-does-that-server-really-serve.html :
The original purpose of web servers wasn't to do computing for you, it was to publish information for you to access. Even today this is what most web sites do, and it doesn't pose the SaaS problem, because accessing someone's published information isn't a matter of doing your own computing. Neither is publishing your own materials via a blog site or a microblogging service such as Twitter or identi.ca.

And yes, rms on identi.ca is the real one.

True. Although the FSF still doesn't endorse Twitter, as is written
on this page: http://www.fsf.org/share

He has an account at Identi.ca (identi.ca/rms), but it is only used to
automatically push his political views from his website.
