Scanning for Btrfs filesystems

I have to wait about 6 minutes while the computer "Scans for Btrfs filesystems" every time it boots and there are not Btrfs filesystems.

Looks like your problem is with lvmetad, a metadata caching manager for logical volume manager (LVM).

I would recommend studying up on the lvmetad and lvm man pages a little bit before attempting to make the change recommended by that Ubuntu user. Make sure you know what you are doing, and don't harm any of your drives or partitions. And of course do a complete backup before you change anything.
