Update of Dolphin request

Hello.
I noticed that Dolphin (file manager) in Trisquel repository is obsolete, and it's not displaying thumbnails of videos.

Similarly some other packages needs update:
- PHP from 7.2 to 7.4
- kate from 17.12.3 to 19.12.3 - newer version has searching syntax highlighting feature
- composer from 1.6.3-1 to 2.0.8
- node from 8.10.0 to 10.19.0 and npm from 3.5.2 to 6.14.9

I know that Etiona is based on Ubuntu Bionic so I suppose it will be available in Trisquel Nabia. I have tried to temporary add Nabia's repository and update dolphin, but error occured. Then I've downloaded required dependencies and if I apt-installed it, it would remove almost all my system. I don't understand, why apt just doesn't download a few neccessary packages from Etiona or Nabia repository and install it without breaking down everything else? And, wouldn't it be a big problem to add newer Dolphin, Kate and other packages to etiona-updates?

Maybe result I want to achieve aren't clear enough: I prefer to install as less as possible from foreign repository, only if some package depends on newer version or the package is just unavailable for etiona release.
