Why I can't install lspci dmesg acpitool lspnp lsusb in Trisquel mini ?

I think that packages are moved in another packages like lspnp moved to pnputils

lspci is in pciutils
dmesg is in util-linux
lsubs is in usbutils

I need these because I want to see if my laptop can by hacked to support Coreboot like in these informations:
