will i be able to update firefox 3.5.9 to 3.6.3 on TRisquel 3.5 32 bit if so how

Trisquel's default web browser does not update to the newest feature release of FF, only the latest bugfix release (mainly for stability reasons), which for the current version is 3.5.9, so you'd have to wait until Trisquel 4.0 releases to get FF 3.6.
To always get the latest release, use IceCat instead.
