will this work on an NVME drive?

before installation the program asks to disable RST. the instructions lead to first changing the data in the registry, and then switching the disk from the RST state to the "SATA" state via the BIOS.
but I have an NVME disk. and if I'm not mistaken - these are completely different things. I very much doubt that I will find such a switch in the BIOS..
of course I changed it in the registry, now I'm looking for how to change it in the BIOS. but something tells me that something is wrong, because the disk is very far from SATA. and no matter what I change, it will not become SATA
