X not started
hi, i install trisquel 10 netinstall + xfce4, but x not started
on the start screen, when entering the password, writes failed to start the session (lightdm)
for installation I wrote xfce4 xfce4-goodies
I7 4890HQ + IRIS PRO 520)
i wrote sudo apt install i3-dm and reboot, xfce go work!

i deleted i3-wm but xfce still runs fine, wtf?
I would guess that the reboot did settle the login problem, not i3.
no, before that I spent 3 hours looking for a solution to the problem on the Internet and rebooted many times
If not rebooting, then maybe some extra updating while installing/uninstalling i3 helped. Config files were also probably rewritten in the process, possibly correcting the original problem.
Yes, I think so. trisquel did not configure configs for X and other components in any way, which i3 probably did. I think this nuance should definitely be added to the xfce installation guide, perhaps come up with a more elegant way to solve this problem
