When running update-initramfs, I got a warning:

mdadm: /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf defines no arrays.

the system has no raid configured.

It's warning you because initrd / Trisquel is built with RAID Support by default, so people who use RAID can use it out of the box. It did the same in 6.0.
