GNOME Help is about Gnome Shell

Description

The documentation that is installed in Accessories-Help is about gnome shell. Trisquel 7 uses the a customised fallback mode and many concepts are not applicable to this version (e.g Activities overview).

I don't know whether it's better to change the existing documentation or have the old gnome 2 docs.
