Starts fine for me on Trisquel 8.0 at current maintenance. Please update your machine, try again and provide a full description of how to recreate the problem and include what is sent to the konsole screen if you enter

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported release.
