The "Forbidden" error strikes again in the previous thread! Gottfried, do you post through the mailing list? If so, can you please reply through the website this time? In this way, we may figure out if the issue relates to the mailing list.

Here is what I wanted to reply:

I can´t remove packages, I can´t install packages because there are 8 broken packages which I can´t get rid off or even install anything.

That is why we use package managers. Maybe that command helps, even without an access to a package repository:
$ sudo apt-get -f install

If not, I would reinstall from scratch and then use apt-offline. Do not forget to backup the user data before!
