Help with gnee (Macro Recorder)

Hi,

I have no idea how to record and repeat mouse and keyboard actions (Macro Recorder).

I've installed gnee. I start it and appears 'error 9: No protocol specified.'

I can't find info to solve it. Or a better program option.
