transferring text from particular spreadsheet cells to particular locations in a word processor document

Hi gang,

I have information that is stored in a ODS spreadsheet document. I would like to copy the text from particular cells in that document, and paste that text into particular places in an ODT file. So cell E8 would go to the middle of paragraph 5, E9 would go to the beginning of paragraph 3, and E10 would go to the a particular cell of a Table in the word processor document.

I would copy and paste by hand but it's a process that will need to be repeated over time. The destination locations in the ODT will always remain the same but the spreadsheet cells will change rows for each subsequent attempt. What's the best way to do this?
