Access denied access a link

Hi,
I visited link http://trisquel.info/en/node/id/translate. I opened "enabled languages" hyperlink. Then I got an access denied. I expected a static page with list of all enabled languages. I think it's a minor bug. Either link it to a page where it gives list of all enabled languages or remove the hyperlink. I am not sure if there is any specific reason in putting that hyperlink.
