[aptitude] “You can only view changelogs of official Ubuntu packages.”

When I try to see the changelog of a package with C-c (Control and C), I get this message:

You can only view changelogs of official Ubuntu packages.

I didn't send this report to the generic branding thread because it's more than branding, it doesn't let me see the changelog as well.
