The 'Get More Tools' in 'Developer' submenu (obtained by clicking IceCat main menu > Developer > Get More Tools) opens up the following URL, which is a broken link:-
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/icecat/collections/mozilla/webdeveloper/
The correct link to web developer tools is:-
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/mozilla/webdeveloper/
Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported release.
Cheers!
Same issue in Icecat 60.7.0.
Get More Tools in Web Developer submenu obtained by clicking the hamburger button ≡ in toolbar of Abrowser 68.0.2 (64-bit) now opens Firefox Add-ons website[1].
This should actually be opening Trisquel's web browser add-ons website[2] or about:addons.
Can somebody check if the latest version of GNU IceCat web browser has this issue?

Also present in Trisquel 8.0 flidas beta.
grep -ri 'mozilla\.org/.*abrowser'will reveal quite a few more similarly broken URLs.The file that needs to be changed is browser/base/content/browser-sets.inc (search for devtoolsMenuBroadcaster_GetMoreTools)
Also present in Abrowser. This is a GNU FSDG issue because the link suggested would also steer people towards a repo without the GNU FSDG guarantee.
When you add addons on the Trisquel website, you have to specify tags. Is there a way to view all addons with a specific tag?
Because then, a "webdev" tag could be created, and Abrowser/IceCat could redirect users to the list of all addons with that tag.
(BTW, 10 of those addons are free.)
Except we don't want to link there as some of those addons are non-free.
