[Packaging Request] ddccontrol

The package ddcontrol is missing in Brigantia, but was available in Taranis, Slaine and Dagda. [1]

This is because of closest upstream. However if you paddle further upstream it's available.

Try the version from squeeze or wheezy.

I have few typos, but they are irrelevant. The package name should be read as ddccontrol everywhere. Sorry.
