Depending on your needs, you have different options.
GnuCash

As GnuCash is available in the Trisquel repositories, it is easily installed.
GNU Enterprise (GNUe)
GNU Enterprise (GNUe) "...is a project aimed at developing a complete enterprise level business environment. Currently, the scope of GNU Enterprise is limited to a set of tools to develop interactive database applications."
Unfortunately, this project seems very dated and not production ready.
