Basically I have 2 hard drives in my computer. The C:/ Drive has my original windows inside. Now my second hard drive which is D:/ is empty but when I try to for example go onto this hard drive in the boot mode I get the Grub Rescue error. Even though nothing is on the hard drive at all. I basically want the error to stop appearing so I can install windows 10 on that hard drive but even when I install windows 10 onto the empty hard drive that shows the error it seems to still show and not giving me the option to install windows 10. How come this keeps happening? Like I have spent hours upon hours searching ways and programs to help but really nothing has done any good. This is my last resort to ask for help. Most people who write guides on how to help in the end make it so the hard drive that has the error for Grub boot up the windows that they already have install on their computer. I just want the hard drive blank so when I try to boot it up comes up like a normal empty hard drive nothing. I just want to be able to Install a new windows onto the empty hard drive. Please hope someone can help me :(

We can help you with the installation of Trisquel, not Windows: https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/trisquel-community-guidelines

If I install this on a USB then boot up the USB and Install Trisquel onto the hard drive that has the Grub error will this fix the problem? Cause I wanted to completely remove Trisquel and Grub and make the hard drive empty completely that has the Grub error on it. Cause I am still going to use Trisquel but the hard drive that is showing the error of grub even though nothing is on the hard needs to be for my windows while my other hard drive will hold Trisquel since it has allot more memory :)

GParted can wipe the existing partitions off your hard drive. Just create a bootable DVD/USB from the downloadable Trisquel ISO image, then boot into the live environment. From there you can find it under System Settings.
