Hi, I desperately (-; would like to become a member, but the paypal-webpage does not work properly.

after login in abrowser 14.0.1 via https://www.paypal.com/de/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run&dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1f8e263663d3faee8db02a037e263542f58098410815cf7df7 , I see two main bars: an upper one reading "my account; send money; request money etc." and a lower one whose menus depend on the choice of the upper one.

The upper bar works allright. The lower bar doesn't work at all. Any click on the lower bar drop-down menu or on the lower bar itself leads me to the page where the click on the upper item led me.

And this kind of prevents me from becoming a member!

What goes wrong in this page?

Where did you get that link from? Have you tried going through this page:

Yes, I have tried that link. But it doesn't make any difference. After log-in, I have to answer two security questions and then I'm led directly to the "Here you can update your password"-page (https://www.paypal.com/de/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home-general&nav=0). After that, the same problems described above occur.

Have you tried contacting paypal? It might be an issue on their end, something we can not fix.

Edit: Also do you have javascript disabled or anything like that?

You are showing as a member now. Did you get the issue fixed? What was the problem?

Hey, yes, I'm glad I finally made it --- it was a matter of my Paypal account.

I logged in under Win XP and had the same problems so I contacted Paypal. It hadn't anything to do with any software on my computer.
