Any chance to include it to repos this year?

I can't speak for Trisquel but I'm 99.99% certain the answer is no in this case. According to what I can see, this is a distribution mechanism for proprietary games. They "open sourced" it as a means to draw free volunteer labor, not as a contribution to the free software community. It is worthless to us.

Besides, GNU/Linux already has package managers. We don't need one that's coupled to a specific proprietary service. Trisquel in particular has standards this company obviously doesn't.

I agree with Adrian it probably won't happen. It also won't happen unfortunately for technical reasons as well as ethical ones (which Adrian mentioned).

If you look at the page on How Trisquel made we get our packages from upstream. That means our packages come from Ubuntu (and in turn from Debian). If you then look at the How to help Trisquel page requests for inclusion of packages unfortunately can't be met. This is because of a lack of developer time. In theory the only way this will make it into Trisquel is if Debian or Ubuntu packages it and includes it in their distro. Then at that point even then we would have to modify it again to solve the issues Adrian pointed out.

This probably won't ever happen. Ubuntu has their "app store" (backed by their apt repo) that they want to monetize, so it would definitely not be in their best interest to allow a competing one through. But assuming it is included in Ubuntu, even then Trisquel would have no use for it - changing it to only allow free games would require running our own Desura server (which we can't - the server code remains proprietary, so we'd have to write one from scratch) and the result is worse than worthless, because free games can be (and are!) already found through apt.

Oh, I know. I was just mentioning that beyond the ethical reasons you mentioned there are technical reasons why it won't happen. Further re-enforcing the fact that it is increasingly unlikely it will make it into the repos.
