Trisquel Keychain
Just got mine in the mail. If you verified your address I would keep an eye out.

That is nice! I'm assuming these are only going to be available to members though?
I'd totally buy one off the Trisquel gift store if they were available, especially since I've been looking at this exact same USB key, but without the Trisquel logo. My 4 year old 2 GB Cruzer really could use a break.
Well I know Ruben was also selling them individually. I think I remember jxself saying he bought one from him when he was in Boston for LibrePlanet. Although as far as I know they are not available in the store.
I don't think they are for sale. Even if he did sell one to somebody. The gift store is operated by a company which basically puts logos on a set selection of products. I don't think Rubén can just add a product he sources from elsewhere to the gift store. There is a certain amount (I have no idea how much) that distributions and similar organisations get from adding these gift stores to there web sites. As far as I know Rubén doesn't actually have any means of selling/distributing them which is why it has been very slow at getting them to members. I'm sure if he wanted to sell them he could just send us a bunch and we would ship them out (at a much faster pace-like daily :).
This needs to happen now, you realize this?
I'd totally buy one.

I got one at LibrePlanet this year, in person. It was blank, I had to
put 5.5 on it. At boot I get a "boot:" prompt. Entering "help" and
pressing enter twice boots as expected.
If Ruben comes across a post office he could ship some individually.
Seing as he doesn't even have time to participate here, I doubt he will,
though.
Best,
Fabian

Received it today (I live in Canada) :). Now ready to show it to anyone who cares - lol. Which makes me think that it was my 5 year old son's first day of school today, and that I spotted three computers at the back of the class. Wonder what OS they're using, hmm... I guess I won't resist having a little chat about it with the teacher later this year ;).
Mine booted once and crashed, and now doesn’t finish the boot process.
No biggie, I'll wait for the LTS to put on it.

Mine too, this almost always happens with Trisquel 5.5 in usb :( but not
problem, replace it and spread Trisquel!!!
I had one from Libre Planet as well and it works to the extent that you don't write a bunch of data to it. It'll probably be fine as long as you stick to one distribution and it's read-only.
How do you go about verifying your address?
I don't see a place on the "My Account" page, so I would imagine that this is automagically handled by Paypal.

You should have received an email from someone at Trisquel asking to
verify your address. This would have been sent to the email address you
used with PayPal to do the initial payment.

I don't remember ever receiving an email to that effect.
I used the Contact form on the web to ask this same question as well. I also have never heard anything about the IRC/Jabber cloak or the email alias.

I would suggest you ask quidam directly in IRC at #trisquel.
