Hang on initial update of trisquel after fresh install

Via the GUI update manager - the update manager hangs and becomes completly nonresponsive (doesn't even redraw); a little square menu pops up.

After killing hanging apt and dpkg processes:

Fixed in trisquel-base-data_2.1-6
It seems to be caused by a bug in synaptic regarding to conffile handling. It was triggered by the /etc/skel/.screenrc file and it's update process, which killed synaptic with sigsegv. I'll do more tests.
