Abrowser after upgrade to 11

I am continuing to test Trisquel 11 after my upgrade. One issue: I am now getting Youtube ads even with the latest version of Ublock Origin. I get no ads on my Pixelbook Go running Google Chrome or Linux Firefox ESR with uBO.
Another machine with Solydxk also has no ads on Firefox/uBO. Is there some change to Abrowser affecting uBO?
Thanks.
I'm pretty sure Abrowser is connecting to the fsf versions of the extensions, which are pretty badly out of date. You'll want to grab the latest ublock origin from the Mozilla addons site or you can add ublock's Firefox xpi file directly from github: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/releases/tag/1.55.0
Andyprough- Good call, but I already have uBO 1.55.0. Abrowser was working fine until the upgrade, but now fails to block youtube ads. As a test, I just installed Chrome/uBO and it blocks youtube ads. My other non-Trisquel machines with uBO also block youtube ads. I think the issue may be the config settings in Abrowser. Thanks.

Could be - I haven't visited youtube in quite a few years.
Have you checked to see if your ublock filter lists are up-to-date? That's the #1 problem I've seen people talk about when seeing ads on youtube - old and out-of-date filter lists.
Hi andyprough -- The uBO filters are all up to date. In fact, they were installed on the same day as Chrome's working filters. Auto-update is turned on too. I downloaded uBO directly from gorhill on Github.
Is there a list of changes for Abrowser versus stock Firefox? I can't find anything on line? Thanks.
UPDATE-uBO is now apparently working. I noticed that Synaptic has its own uBO packages. So I uninstalled the Gorehill version (1.55.0) and tried the Synaptic version. (There are several and all were very outdated.) Then I reinstalled the Gorhill 1.55.0. It suddenly worked on youtube.
The Downside- I no longer get cat videos with ads from my current VPN outlet location. Bummer!
In all seriousness, all the uBO packages should be removed from Synaptic. Thanks much.
When in doubt, uninstall and reinstall. Oldest trick in the book.
