Building a Trisquel TAILS

Do you think we can build TAILS on Trisquel?

So we need to publish a Trisquel Tails to get other users and make it anonymous.

I don't see what the point of that would be. There are already Tails users, so why not just make a deblobbed version of Tails and not have to worry about it?
