can you tell how to install replicant?

I got 2 phones, I want to install replicant on.
I have read the instructions and it appears to be complicated. I asked on replicant's irc if I could get told how to install replicant. There was not much response. If I do not get to find a person on replicant's irc able to tell how to install replicant and you know about this, can you tell a time and date, you would be able to be on replicant's irc?
I am sorry, I don't have the time right now. It is not very difficult. Actually I find the most difficult part to be separating instructions for
Using the internal storage
Using a microSD card
Using ADB sideload
Sort this out, and you will be on your way. Instructions on e.g. https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/GalaxyS2I9100Installation (Samsung Galaxy 2) are good but have minor errors regarding adb sideload. I suggest you to use microSD card, since I have found this to be most 'secure' (in the sense that instructions don't have flaws).
