Date and Time Wrong on Fresh Install

I did a fresh install of Trisquel 11 on one of my systems and the date and time are incorrect. It's connected to the internet. I can change time zones but that part is already correct. I don't see an option to change the date or manually set the time.

So an interesting development. I found the date set terminal command and used it to successfully change the date. This alowed me to install updates. After installing updates and restarting I found the system had set the date and time back to the previous incorrect values. It really seems to want to be January 22, 2024 at 19:50.
