Deja Dup fails to launch

I added Backup to Accessories in my menu launcher, so that I could easily launch Deja Dup.

I click on Backup and Deja Dup gives me an error message: Backup Failed. Volume doesn't implement mount.

This is the first time I have tried to use Deja Dup on this system.

I believe that means the place where you want to backup cannot be accessed.
