does this computer mainboard comply to fsf requirements?

I'm getting the impression it won't work as a desktop system. Limited ram, something farther down about exposed components, etc. Unsure if there is 3d acceleration of any kind. Not really seeing anything specific about the graphics chipset. You don't necessarily need 3d accelerated graphics though... but... there are probably better options that would be 100% free already available we could build off. The problem is mostly 3d acceleration.
