DuckDuckGo is a default search engine in IceCat. At the moment when user search something via DuckDuckGo it loads Javascript from yahoo.net The URL starts with https://duckduckgo-owned-server.yahoo.net/d.js?q=abcxyz.....
Besides the filter "duckduckgo.com/t/iaui?$image" found in the EasyPrivacy list
Do these things cause concerns about user privacy?

Also, LibreJS complains about some issues in the home page of DuckDuckGo. I think I'll email them as suggested by LibreJS :)

Just disable JavaScript. DDG doesn't require any of the JavaScript it serves; it's all unnecessary decorative functionality. This is also generally the case for most other websites.

Yes, no problems when Javascript is disabled. However IceCat uses Javascript version of DDG via its search toolbar by default. DDG says that it's a privacy-oriented search engine but if user uses it with Javascript and without ad/script blockers so whether is concern about user privacy in this case?

You can add the "HTML" version easily. When you do a search, you know how it makes you follow a link? Click on that, and from there, you should be able to add the search method that doesn't have that extra click.
