DVD Authoring

Hi everyone; does anyone know of a GUI based DVD authoring program? I know of dvdauthor, but that seems too difficult to use.
I want to make a DVD without a menu, in the MPEG2 format, because MPEG2 is standard.
I use DVD Styler when I want to make a video DVD.
How do I convert a Theora video into MPEG2?
(Or .VOB)

VLC will work, you may need to install libavcodec-extra-53.

Yes. Do File > Convert to convert video and audio. You might need to
create a new "profile" to get the settings you're looking for, or you
can use one of the default profiles.

I used DVD Styler to make a DVD of Patent Absurdity[0], complete with a menu!
Do you think Patent Absurdity wants the ISO? It's yet another way to watch it.
