Good afternoon to everyone, my name is Daniele,I'm italian and I have been passionate about technology for as long as I can remember. I am also a supporter of Free Software that I try to disseminate in every way. Obviously since I am here I am also a user of Gnu / Linux and especially of Trisquel which I consider a really well done distribution.
I also opened (recently) a video channel on peertube with the aim of disseminating news / tutorials / and everything that has to do with free software. Therefore, since unfortunately in Italy free software is little known / used I look for collaborators who give me a hand to disseminate the thought that underlies free software and the Free Software Foundation Thanks again to all

Hello Daniele, you could translate part of this website in Italian, especially the latest news and the wiki.
Having translated information is a key point in the popularization of libre software, I think.
I also know a bit of Italian, so I could help a bit if you want to collaborate.
Well, I'm back ... the old EeePC died a while ago. I have decided to try Trisquel 10.0.1 out on an old Dell Inspiron 1520 I got for C$65 this summer. Will give it a try soon! Good to see you all are still here.
It should work just fine, you'll have to replace the wifi card though with a compatible one. I did an h-node on it once: https://h-node.org/notebooks/view/en/1756/Inspiron-1520
