I can't access my bank account

There is no free software solution. bb.com.br wants to force us to install more than 20 MB of proprietary software to get a "secure access": how ironic.

I just use ATMs and complain to the banker whenever I go to the agency.

How ironic indeed. And Banco do Brasil still goes to FISL saying that
they are "implementing" free/libre software. :S
