I need an URL shortener

I've been searching for URL shorteners services, of course, services that respect the freedom and privacy of the people, but I've just found programs, instead of services. I found this one:

But I'd prefer not using services offered by software covered by licenses similars to the WTFPL, which actually should'nt be consider a license.
