Keyboard won't switch input language from system settings(Region & Language/Input Sources).
The default short-cut to switch kb language is super+space, but that does not work. I use the Spanish layout often.
The setxkbmap command works and gets the job done, but it's kind of annoying to have to open a terminal for it.
Anyone know a fix or what might be wrong?
I use GNOME Shell. Super+Space works here. I do not know if it works as well with the default desktop interface because I have been happily using GNOME Shell since Trisquel 6.
But I believe I would have read about your issue earlier if it affected all users. Would you attach a screenshot of the "Input sources" tab you mentioned? I attach mine so that you can compare.
Since I wrote in both threads, I guess I had read about this issue earlier!

That did the trick, thanks.
