lxpanel's background processes missing

I am coming to Trisquel 7.0 from Lubuntu 14.04. In Lubuntu a part of the Desktop environment is the lxpanel. On the lxpanel, one part is the Task bar (Window list), and another separate part is something else that shows certain background processes (running processes not shown on the taskbar). Some examples of this kind of background processes are:
1) Skype
2) Skype-call-recorder
3) XPad
4) KeePassX
5) CopyQ
6) Shutter
In case you aren't clear what I mean, when you start shutter, normally it will appear both in the lxpanel's Task bar (Window list) AND the "background process" section of the lxpanel. Then when you close the window, it will disappear from the lxpanel Task bar, but its small icon will remain on the "background process" section. This is to convenience both calling it back again, freeing up space on the taskbar, and configuration.
Again, I am new to Trisquel, and during the initial configuration the lxpanel "background process" section disappeared. I would like it back on my bottom lxpanel.
Attempt01:right click | Create New Panel:
a) Geometry | Top
b) Panel Applets | I added every applet.
{fail}
How can I get my lxpanel to display the "background process" section?
Title Correction: Background processes missing from lxpanel

Attempt02:
I compared the list of the newly added top panel(right column) and the bottom(left column). [ Can't indent or space!!]
Loaded Plugins
BOTTOM TOP (newly added)
Application Launch Bar Application Launch Bar
Battery Monitor Battery Monitor

The only discrepancy was the "System Tray", which wasn't able to add on the top lxpanel.
I then deleted the bottom lxpanel, and to my suprise there was another lxpanel below it, with the background processes showing!!!
After switching around the order of the bottom lxpanel's applets, I then was able to conclude that "background process" section was indeed the missing "System Tray" applet found to be a discrepancy.
In case anyone missing your "System Tray" applet from any lxpanels, hope this helps you.
