Hi everyone,

See:
https://libreboot.org/news/new-mailing-lists.html

We are currently seeking new developers for Libreboot. We now have a mailing list for the project, in case anyone wants to get involved.

Note that this is for development, not support. However, support with compiling from source is provided on the development mailing list.

The mailing list is also suitable for code review:

Yay! It's good to see LibreBoot has a mailing list- I think that was sorely missed for a while. Hopefully it helps the project gain a newfound following (I'd join, but there is literally nothing I could contribute).

That's fine :)

We used to have a mailing list for user support, but we found that a mailing list wasn't an optimal place for such use-case. User support is handled much more efficiently on IRC. So the new mailing lists are for development only; mailing lists are very efficient for code review, and I hope that more people start using it. (we'll continue to support patch submissions and code review via Notabug pull requests too)

We were also going to have an "announce" mailing list, for news, but we already have a News section on the website:
https://libreboot.org/news/
- and it has an RSS feed, for people to subscribe to

That being said... if you spot anything in the documentation that you think could be improved, that's one way to contribute. The pages on the site all have "Edit" buttons now, which links to instructions for how to send documentation patches.
